These terms apply to digital products sold through the BeBranding shop. Design and website projects are governed by the individual proposal and agreement for each project.
Digital products
Each product page describes what is included and the licence that applies. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
Digital content is delivered by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. In the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but for digital content it ends once delivery starts, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged this at checkout.
Refunds and support
If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact hello@bebrandingstudio.com and we will help or refund you.
Licence
Unless a product’s licence says otherwise, products are for your own use and may not be resold or redistributed as files.
