Who is responsible

BeBranding Studio is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@bebrandingstudio.com.

What we collect

Project inquiries: the details you enter in the form – service of interest, company or brand name, country, website or social profile, project description, budget range, timeframe, name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number and preferred language.

Waitlist: your email address and the products you are interested in.

Purchases: when digital products are available, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email address and order details, never your full card details.

Technical data: to prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string together with an inquiry.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries).

To send occasional news only if you have actively opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

To deliver digital products you buy and keep the records required by accounting law.

To keep the website secure and protect it against spam.

Who we share it with

We use carefully selected service providers to run the website: hosting, a database provider, an email delivery service and – for purchases – Stripe. If spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data to tell people and bots apart. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and then deleted or anonymised. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer used.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email hello@bebrandingstudio.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

You can also complain to a data protection authority – in Sweden IMY (imy.se), in Spain AEPD (aepd.es), or the authority where you live.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you choose a language, we store that choice in a small functional cookie (bb_locale) so we don’t have to ask again.
